University of Montenegro (UCG) – project coordinator

As a leading academic institution in the country, UCG contributes with its rich experience in the field of artificial intelligence, blockchain and IoT technologies. UCG owns specialized laboratories and infrastructure for testing the application of advanced digital technologies and coordinates the entire project. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Science and Mathematics bring key expertise in digital technologies and their practical application. The Project Office of the University of Montenegro provides support in the organization of workshops on EU funds and the establishment of international partnerships for research and innovation projects.

 

 

 

Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro (PKCG)

As a reliable partner of the Montenegrin economy, PKCG represents the interests of its members before state and other authorities, provides business and advisory services, encourages the development of entrepreneurship and promotes the domestic economy abroad. Within the framework of MontEDIH, PKCG focuses on assessing the digital maturity of companies, organizing workshops to strengthen digital competitiveness and business networking services. As a member of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), PKCG provides international connectivity and access to European markets.

 

 

 

IMTM – Institute of Modern Technologies Montenegro

IMTM brings expertise in the areas of data analysis, AI tools, data management and technology scouting. Their experience in implementing innovative digital solutions ensures high-quality technical support for users.

 

 

 

 

 

University of Donja Gorica (UDG)

UDG contributes expertise in supercomputing (HPC) and high-performance data analysis (HPDA). As part of the EuroCC project, UDG has established a National Competence Center in the field of HPC. Within the framework of MontEDIH, UDG provides access to HPC resources, training and consulting services for the application of advanced computing technologies in business.

 

 

 

 

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis

Tehnopolis contributes to MontEDIH with its experience in supporting the development of startups and the application of modern technologies in production. Through modernly equipped laboratories, including a TechLab with 3D, CNC and robotic technologies, it provides infrastructure for testing innovative manufacturing solutions. As part of MontEDIH, Tehnopolis will organize trainings in the field of digital technologies in production and innovation competitions, allowing users to try new technologies before their implementation.

 

 

 

Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (NTP)

NTP actively promotes innovation and entrepreneurship, providing key support to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in navigating through the complexities of the technology sector. Within MontEDIH, NTP will lead networking activities with other EDIHs and organize specialized bootcamp programs to encourage innovation and digital transformation.

 

 

Center for finance (CF)

CF provides financial expertise and consulting, especially in the area of access to financing for digital transformation. Their services include consulting on the possibilities of investment financing from EU funds, professional assistance in finding suitable sources of financing, and testing of AI technology to assess financial readiness.

 

 

ICT Cortex

As a cluster that gathers over 40 ICT companies, ICT Cortex represents a key link between EDIH users who do not have internal development capacities and providers of technological solutions. Their contribution includes specific incubation programs for startup users of local incubators and the organization of conferences on the application of digital skills for specific industrial sectors.
